Larry Osborne’s “Innovator’s Dirty Little Secret” is a great read.  Society is losing its innovators and this book does a great job spotlighting what an innovator is, and keys to furthering oneself when it comes to innovating.  The ideas and stories shared in the book are very helpful for the serial entrepreneur to consider as they work.

I’m not one to freely give out 5 star reviews but this one earned it.  From it’s engaging examples of success and failures, to its helpful tips that are easy for the reader to implement, this book is good.  I wouldn’t say that this book is one that challenges the reader, as I wasn’t left needing to go out and invent something new.  But I did come away with thought provoking points to consider as I continue to grow as a leader.  The book is short, but packs a punch and is definitely worth the short time investment it takes to read through.
