I found the applications and illustrations in this book to be pretty compelling. The author speaks with authority on a topic that causes many people to run for their lives. The material in the book is presented well, and gives step by step instructions to improve public communicators. It isn’t just about sharing content, but doing so in a way that causes the audience to respond and act, and this book gives great tools to make that happen.
