God is incredibly powerful. God also loves us indescribably. Those are the two basic premises of this book, Yawning at Tigers. Society has lost its way when it comes to the creator of all things. The majesty has left, the reverence has left, and the awestruck amazing God isn’t given His due. Society has done a great job putting their ideas of God into a box, but Yawning at Tigers is about giving God his full due. Our excitement for God has been subdued, the supernatural nature of God no longer causes breath to be taken away… but it should!
This book is an excellent read, challenging to the core of having a fresh view of God, and one you won’t regret getting.
