Draw the Circle is a supplemental devotional to The Circle Maker, but also can be used just as its own prayer devotional. Each day, author Mark Batterson gives a new emphasis and challenge focused on deepening and growing the reader’s prayer life. Supported by personal stories, the Bible, and outside illustrations, the main focus of this devotional is to help cultivate a better prayer life.

I loved this book! I read this devotion as I also was teaching through author Mark Batterson’s other book The Circle Maker. His writing style makes it so easy to read. The way he tells a story is captivating. The illustrations he uses to support the main point of each day are gripping. I’ve read a lot of different devotionals that lost me several days in; this book did not do that.
This devotional was great in that it helped put me on a designated path to continue keeping me focus on prayer. Some days expound on points made in The Circle Maker, some days are totally new information, but all the days help develop the key point of praying big prayers, and having bold dreams. This devotional adds focus to a very abstract idea: prayer. Get it, do it, you won’t be disappointed.
