This Bible is the translation with an emphasis on leadership.  All of the content, side notes, commentary, and reading plans center around leadership principles pulled from the Bible text.  The claim on the cover states that you can go from “Reader to Leader in 15 minutes a day”.  Each book of the Bible comes with an intro page that also features key leadership elements.

First to the basics.  This Bible is durable.  I have the leather bound cover and it’s a solid Bible.  The size font of the text, along with the side note graphics and commentary is appeasing to the reader’s eye.  Bold indents make it easy to find commentary for a verse.  Second, to the content.  I really liked the layout and content of the study part of the Bible.  When I saw the cover I expected a few leadership quotes here and there and nothing more.  That is not the case.  The principles of leadership are all pulled straight from the bible text, which I loved.  The study plan and reading guide for leadership principles is also laid out well, and very structured for the reader who enjoys a specific plan.
I totally recommend this Bible, and it will make its way onto the front of my study shelf for personal use.
